Experience in OOA/D, and understanding of UML and XML concepts will be highly regarded.  Delphi and/or C++ development experience, and Qt GUI are essential, while professional radio communication systems knowledge is a definite advantage.

机械工程师
This role will suit a recent graduate with 2-3 years experience in a similar role.   Previous experience with design for manufacturing and assembly is essential as is knowledge of plastics injection moulding, considerations for tool design and a whole-of-product view for mechanical design.  A sound working knowledge of SolidWorks will be highly regarded.  As an avid problem solver, you will demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and work well within a broader project team.

投吧，Qt没那么essential，我就在这个team，面试的时候Qt从来没用过，看了几页书就pass了。
最好有嵌入式开发的经验，最好最好有SYS/BIOS的经验。
