My name is Connie Cormier and I’m a Technical Recruiter with Amazon.com for the Silk Browser at Amazon Web Services. The Silk team runs a blog at  http://amazonsilk.wordpress.com/  which has a video from some of the current team members and founders about our split browser service which runs on all of Amazon’s KindleFire devices.

We’re currently seeking experienced software engineers like you to join our development team in Seattle Washington, Palo Alto California (“the bay area”), or in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. 在悉尼也有，也是6月初
看样子和去年9月一样是招很多人，而且这次不要求citizen，问了公司帮办工作签

如果能成就去美国混

大家不要小看算法题哦。还是要认真复习一下。网上的面经，题目多看一些没错。

Amazon的招聘连续三年跟我发邮件去它们公司应聘，我很纳闷这家公司在美国招不到人吗？
薪水也没有太多的吸引力呀。

我记得他们招聘J2EE有一定资历的，应该是起码可以给15K的。

人家是招聘去美国工作，不可能留澳洲的。
150k薪水还是不错了，一年澳洲也出不了几个这样的IT职位吧,
而且现在澳洲IT很萧条，机会很少。

我到悉尼40天了，简历投了20多个，没有一丝回音。看来澳洲的IT市场真的现在是冬季了。

只能做好长期艰苦奋斗的准备了。还没有去打Labour 工， 家里靠老婆撑着，自己在这吃着以前的老本，罪过罪过啊。

抱最壞的打算,盡最大的努力,希望就在前頭.
一定會等到一個的,不要放棄.

你的心情我了解,等准簽,等recruiter連絡,等offer,等,等,等.......

以我自己為例,
最壞的打算 -> 在Italian restaurant做kitchen hand (2個月,老闆賞識,還調薪), office cleaner (1.5個月)
盡最大的努力 -> 閒暇時間繼續進修你專業領域的技術,改CV,多認識recruiters,多投履歷,多跟朋友說自己在找工作,透過人際網路找工作.
希望就在前頭,一定會等到一個工作 -> 4月底拿到第一份在AU的專業工作.

呵呵，Amazon还行，就是用人比较苦一些，不过也是分职位的，可能因为我当时是维护24*7的关键数据库，所以觉得很辛苦，精神压力也很大，不过做代码的人还比较轻松一些。
